SNIP - Spay and Neuter Incentive Program

Mitchell Animal Rescue has received a matching grant from the Mitchell Area Charitable Foundation for a spay and neuter program for the less fortunate in the Mitchell community and Davison County.  We also received $1000 from the former Osterhaus committee to put towards this great program.  We are now taking applications and, based on your income, we will subsidize spay/neuter for your pet.  Once your application has been approved, you will be given a voucher to take to the vet of your choice.   Call Kathie at 995-2524 for an application.

Before we started Mitchell Animal Rescue, all the pets we have fostered would more than likely have been euthanized!

                   Recycle Your Aluminum Cans

You can do your part to help the planet and help animals at the same time.   If you have any aluminum cans saved and would like to get rid of them now, email us at mitchellanimalrescue@yahoo.com and we will make arrangements to have them picked up.  (Must be in plastic garbage bags).  All proceeds will go to the Spay/Neuter program or the care of the animals in the shelter or in foster care.
